Real Leather Patch

Special treatments and tanning allow our leathers to be washed in water with a minimum shrinkage, without spotting or fading and without bleeding. Leather does a better job when treated perfectly as our one, being suitable for garments that must be home-washed. Chrome tanned leathers are desirable because of their high performances. Finishing are unlimited and provide a very rich and distinctive look to our labels whether we are talking about a pull-up type leather or a greasy wax type.

Tough enough for resisting a life time, comfortable enough to follow the pant/jeans as a second skin, durable yet soft. The deep richness after treatments with oils, waxes and dyes give to the leather a mark of high quality, it will age nicely.

Fake Leather Patch

Pu Leather is probably the most complex material we use to manufacture patches and the most fashionable material for fancy and colorful labels for ladies and children apparels. It is available in a variety of surfaces, thicknesses, colors and price range and is most frequently foil embossed although screen printing and heart embossing are also available.

Jackron Patch

Jacron is the most known material for labels.it is popular for its high resistance to washes—even stone washes—and probably the only material which can be sewn to the jeans before the industrial wash. Our jacron is FSC certified, which is regarded as the most rigorous international standard for responsible forestry. jacron can be combined with all techniques, though the most common is screen printing.

CORK Leather

WATER BASE PU Leather

Water based PU leather (waterbrone PU leather or DMF free PU leather), developed with international leading technology concepts and process equipment. The material is using the water-based resin and it is without solvent and can reach 0 content DMF etc and can meet REACH, RoHS, oeko tex100 etc. Compared with the traditional synthetic leather process, it greatly reduces energy consumption and waste, and truly achieves low-carbon production and energy conservation and environmental protection.

RUBBER BADGE LABEL

RUBBER LABEL is made from Micro-injection procedure, which is different from printing, it can carry out the color and 3d style vividly, the color is durable and won’t fade or wipe away. The easiest and recommended way to apply to your product is to sew them on. We supply our PVC patches with a sewing channel around the edge of the label to make for easier sewing. We can also apply an adhesive or sticker backing, but sewing is recommended if you want the patch to stay on your product.
